Juan Carlos Ojeda sent me a .deb of the Jul 15th snapshot of emesene 2 for all te people that want to test it without even waiting for the first alpha :D

* Can be installed in parallel with emesene 1.x
* Can be installed on debian, ubuntu and debian based
* It installs on /usr/share/emesene2/ and created a launcher on /usr/bin/emesene2.sh

PS: it's a development status, it's not even an alpha release but it may be useful if you want to test it without installing strange stuff like git-core :D
if you find some bugs report it here but expect some delay since this week is final exam week (that's why the development of emesene 2 was so quiet last 2 weeks)

Me aparecen un montón de contactos que borre. Es mas, pruebo con la opción "quitar" y no los borra. Si tengo que adivinar diría que me muestra a todos los que me tienen en su lista en vez de mostrar los que tengo yo.

Faltou o botão de cancelar no momento de entrar... a janela "set picture" nao abre! tb acho q o campo de procurar contatos deveria ja estar aberto, mais prático do que ficar clicando no botão a todo momento. Aqui no meu ubuntu, tb nao abriu a janela de plugins... =/

hello, i have a problem. when i put my user and password cant display contact list, i hav ubuntu 9.04... maybe i need some library??

The contact list doesn't load for me either, I'm using Xubuntu 9.04.
saludos, siempre que mando o recibo un mensaje se abre una pagina que es www.file.com o algo asi... y no aparece el texto que me mandan...demora mucho en cargar, no abre los plugins. y pareciera que estan inactivo mis contactos que estan en linea
