deb package for emesene!

thanks to João Pinto we have a deb package for emesene, it is for dapper but i think it should
work for other debian based OS.

* fixed a problem while loading themes
* now the emoticon window closes when you select a emoticon
* the userlist remember the state of the groups
* italian, turkish, portuguese and french translations ( see Help->about )
* erased all kind of crap from the release, now the file size is the half!
