since we have a new developer on emesene (Yguaratã C. Cavalcanti) we started to add new features and refactor a lot of code so emesene will have some unstabilities and huge bugs this days while we move and modify a lot of code and add some stuff.
please keep older versions if you want _some_ stability :D
emesene is a chat program that allows you to connect to different networks like MSN, Gtalk, Facebook chat, Jabber and others.

it works on windows..
Hablando de windows, encontre un programita interesante, py2exe, que promete "compilar" lois scripts de python para usarlos sin necesidad del interprete, pero con este programa en particular se complica, porque usa demasiado de gtk, y no me esta tomando los modulos cairo y gtk...
logro tener el ejecutablñe, pero al lanzarlo, me dice que no encuentra el modulo llamado cairo, y ahi muere...
si se pudiera hacer funcionar, ya tendriamos listo el release compacto para windows!!!!
